Students must use accurate identity information, contact public academic addresses only, write relevant outreach, and stop contacting anyone who opts out.
Built-in controls
Profmail enforces monthly plan caps, daily account caps, per-domain pacing, suppression lists, bounce handling, and a global send kill-switch.
Opt out
Recipients can reply with “unsubscribe,” “opt out,” “stop emailing,” or “do not contact.” Profmail automatically suppresses matching reply senders.
